Because we sell healthcare, OTC medicines, and herbal supplements, our return policy is strictly guided by health, safety, and international shipping regulations.

Non-Returnable Items (Safety & Hygiene)

Due to the nature of medicinal, pharmaceutical, and herbal products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products under any circumstances. This is a strict safety measure to prevent cross-contamination and to protect the health of all our international customers.

Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Items)

If you wish to return a product, it will only be accepted if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • You must contact us to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for paying all international return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes required to send the item back to Sri Lanka.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders safely. However, if your package arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via email at admin@medihubmart.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Provide your Order Number along with clear photographic or video proof of the damaged box and the products.
  • Once verified, we will either ship a replacement product to you at no extra cost or issue a full refund for the affected item.

International Customs Seizures and Rejections

  • Customs Delays/Seizures: Medihubmart ships products from Sri Lanka in compliance with local laws. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to check if the ordered OTC or herbal products are permitted in their country.
  • No Refund for Seized Items: If your package is confiscated, opened, destroyed, or held by the Customs Authority of your country due to import restrictions, Medihubmart will not issue a refund or a replacement.
  • Returned by Customs: If a package is rejected by your country's customs and safely returned to us in Sri Lanka in an undamaged condition, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fees and any return customs fees incurred.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card) within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12–24 hours of purchase, provided that the package has not yet been dispatched/shipped.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (EMS, Colombo Mail Economy, Colombo Mail Special, Singapore Full Tracking, USPS, Sri Lanka Post, etc.), it cannot be canceled.
