Due to the health and safety nature of OTC medicines and herbal supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will not be issued if a package is rejected or destroyed by your country's customs.
