Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer international shipping to most major countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Zimbabwe, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Norway, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Middle East countries.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer support team to see if shipping can be arranged.

Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are securely packed and processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and Sri Lankan public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

Once your package is handed over to the international courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted international courier services to ensure your health products arrive safely. We generally offer two shipping options:

📦 Standard / Registered Post

Estimated delivery: 21–30 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.

✈ Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days. Recommended for urgent OTC medicines.

Shipping Rates and Calculation

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout page based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible, maintaining high safety standards for international transport.

International Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • Customs Clearance: Because your order is dispatched from Sri Lanka, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures in your country.
  • Customer Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance, import taxes, or local VAT must be paid by the customer. Medihubmart has no control over these government-enforced fees.
  • Import Compliance: It is the buyer's strict responsibility to ensure that the ordered OTC medicines or herbal supplements are legally permitted for import into their destination country. Medihubmart will not issue refunds for items confiscated, opened, or destroyed by your local customs authorities.

Address Accuracy and Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address, postal code, and phone number carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.

If a package is returned to us in Sri Lanka due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer failed to collect the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please take photos or a video of the box immediately and contact us at admin@medihubmart.com within 7–10 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
